PTE Academic is a digitalized test that aims to assess students based on their English language skills. The test is ideal for those candidates who wish to apply to international educational institutes or government organizations. Through PTE academics, examiners judge an individual’s four language skills. These include listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The best part, your result will not take more than a few days. You can view your score at a secure online portal. This result can be then forwarded to respective universities. Points to Ponder Upon
The PTE registration process is simpler than registering for other exams. Once you reach the PTE website, create a profile and select an option for the test. You can choose the date and exam center according to your convenience. Once you are done with the registration and booking, you will need to pay a registration fee to secure your seat.
PTE doesn’t take years of preparation. You need to give 1 to 2 months to prepare for the exam. However, during this one or two months, it is better to appear for mock tests, learn about question papers and trends, develop an answering strategy and go through all available online study material. Students with strong preparation can achieve high scores and secure admissions to institutes.
Individuals securing between 76 and 84 can be assured that they will succeed in securing admissions to world-class universities in Gold Coast. However, the degree you are applying for will also make a huge difference. For a bachelor’s degree, a score above 50 in each section is necessary, but the same conditions don’t apply for lower degrees or diplomas.
The results of a PTE exam will be available in five working days or less. You will receive an email as soon as the results are available. At that time, you will log in to a secure online portal to view your score. Furthermore, your score can be forwarded to as many universities as you want. There are no charges for it.
